Maramidi is currently offering free shipping with all purchases worldwide.

All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours of purchase.

Returns

Is my purchase eligible for a refund?

If you wish to return your order, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Determine your item type

  • Full-priced items (including those purchased using our email sign-up discount) are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during a promotional sale period are subject to the terms outlined in our Promotions section.

2. Return conditions

All returned garments are assessed by our returns team to ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free from smells or stains, including make-up and fake tan.
  • All original tags and the returns ribbon must be attached, intact, and untampered with.
  • The item must be returned within 10 days from the date it was dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Faulty Items

MARAMIDI is committed to the highest standards of quality. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us. We comply with all Australian Consumer Law requirements and will assist you in arranging a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

How do I initiate a return?

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact our Returns Team.

How will my refund be processed?

Once your return has been received and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

If you are requesting an exchange, please include a return postage satchel with your parcel. If a satchel is not provided, our team will contact you to arrange payment for return postage before your replacement item is dispatched.
